We’ve extended our policy as we know how tricky it can be to find a product that works well for someone’s skin, so we want to give you the chance to make sure your purchase is right for you or your gift recipient without worrying.
However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know via our contact form within 14 days to ensure we are able to help with your request.
If you’d like to return your product for any other reason, please get in touch via our contact form. Please let us know your order number and the reason for returning your product. We will respond via email with further instructions.
